- Persons sentenced to imprisonment or any other punishment for a criminal offense shall be disqualified;
Those staying in South Korea illegally will be considered ineligible; - Persons barred from leaving the country shall be considered ineligible and
- Those who have stayed in Korea for more than 5 years on an E-9 or E-10 visa will be considered ineligible.
