You can complete the registration by filling in the information (name, date of birth, name of father and mother, passport number, national identity card number of your parents). Candidates have to save the Transaction ID received by BKash on payment of fee as without it registration is not possible. The registration site will automatically close after the scheduled date and time. In that case the registration cannot be completed even if the fee is paid. As a result, it is requested not to pay the prescribed registration fee through Bkash Gateway after 4.30 pm on 5th March 2024.

Primary Enrollment and EPS TOPIK Exam Schedule:
a) Proficiency in Korean Language : 20th and 21st February 2024
b) General (lottery) prospective registration: 4th and 5th March 2024.
c) Lottery: On March 7, 2024 AD. The date will be held at 11 am at Immigrant Assembly Hall in Boesel.
d) Final Registration: Next 13 March 2024 AD. Dates will start on a roster basis.
e) The final registration i.e. the candidates who received the admit card will be conducted in individual examination from 25th April to 13th June 2024 AD. Date will be held at designated UBT Hall of Pravasi Kalyan Bhavan.
f) EPS TOPIK exam final result will be held on 22 June 2024.
Eligibility and Conditions for Taking the Korean Language Test:
1. Educational Qualification SSC/Equivalent.
2. Passport valid till 4th March 2024.
3. Name and date of birth and photograph must match information on passports and national identity cards.
4. Age limit 18 to 39 years (Date of birth should be between March 4, 1985 to March 4, 2006).
5. Must be elegant in dress, manners and conversation.
6. Must have interest in 3D (Dirty, Difficult and Dangerous) work.
7. Must be free of color blindness or color vision problems.
8. Must have proficiency in reading, writing and understanding the Korean language.
9. Persons diagnosed with drug addiction/syphilis will be considered ineligible.
10. Disqualify a person who has been sentenced to prison or any other sentence for a criminal of fence.
11. Illegal residents in South Korea are ineligible shall be considered.
12. Persons barred from leaving the country shall be considered ineligible and
13. Those who have stayed in Korea for more than 5 years on an E-9 or E-10 visa will be considered ineligible.
